For stock products (non-customized), we will ship out orders in three to five business days.

For typical small-quantity custom iDiT™ work, once the design is finalized, we can produce in seven business days.  The final delivery date will depend on the shipping option chosen.

For larger orders (tournaments/events, clubs, leagues, etc.), once the design is finalized and the Final Proof and Purchase Agreement (FPPA) is signed and returned to us, we need 10 to 14 business days for production.  The final delivery date will depend on the shipping option chosen.

Rush orders are possible.
